Gosh, what a fantastic basketball match it was! We SM3 students just had a really wonderful game on 8th, March. It was a game between team A which was made up of students from north-eastern and south-western universities and team B which consisted of students from north-western and south-eastern universities. Actually, it was all designed and planned by us SM3 students. We decided the starting and lasting time of the game, the certain clothes to wear, who would be the best to be the judge and how many helpers we would need as well. How precious it was! And it turned out to be four players joining in the game in our group 4, half in team A and other the half in team B. By the way, I was in team A.
After everything was ready before the game, we were all waiting excitedly for the game. However, a tiny accident happened. We could have played our game on Saturday afternoon if it were not raining dogs and cats at all. Anyway, that irritating rain did not let us down and we grew even more enthusiastic when the game finally came on Sunday morning.
Should I tell you there were really a lot of people around the court for the game! Some are nice helpers and some are excited audience to cheer for the players. The atmosphere grew very intense as soon as the judge piped the whistle. I was not playing the first half, but watching my teammates and the opponents fighting fiercely made me even more passionate than really taking part in the game. Whenever my teammates made a really nice shot, pass a really nice assist or rejected a very powerful offense, I clapped and screamed and acted just like a crazy fan.
However, the opponents seemed to be as good as my teammates, or even better, so after the first half we were a little bit behind them. Their scoring rate was pretty high in the first half and we seemed to have some evitable lapses. But the second half we did some better work. I did not know whether my hard work really stimulated my teammates or we tried hard to do some good teamwork. One thing was for sure that when I got on the court, the situation started to change to our side. In the last minute, there was also a very remarkable shot which totally showed our teamwork. At last, we beat the opponents 69-64 and it ended with pleasure and fulfilment.
I will end my blog up with one classic saying “ I love this game!”

It is a very exciting basketball match. I am very happy that your team won the game finally. But I think the result is not the most important thing. The process of hard work with your teammate and the efforts you make to get your goal are the most impotant things. It seems that you really like basketball. I hope that you can have a better performacne in the future.
