Yeah, our recess week is over. Maybe you have not enjoyed watching movies until two or three in the morning. Maybe you have not enjoyed playing computer games with your friends, forgetting to have your dinner. Maybe you have not enjoyed shopping because MOE have not sent our ‘salary’. But the fact is our recess week is over.
For studying, one week is quite a long time. However for our recess, one week is just two or three hours break after lunch. Even if this is short time, I could say I have enjoyed it. Not just playing with my friends, but also get something from my thinking.
At the first day of recess, our bridging course group went to Pulau Ubin, which is a small island locates on northeast of Singapore. We, 14 students, rode the whole day. Though there were two mates in our group did not know how to ride, it never disturbed our exciting. We rent two tandems and asked two good riders to lead them. It was no any problem, none of us was injured by accident. We had our picnic on the beach during our games on cards. After the whole day’s playing, we were all tired, many of us got asleep in the MRT back to our Eton Hall. However this activity has increased the relationship between us. As a group, we become more united and helpful to each other.
In the others day, I finished the things about math and C language because of the exam coming the next next Saturday. I also met two seniors, one majors in chemical and the other majors in mechanic, to get some information about my major. I decide to make chemical to be my first choice then common engineering. Now I can get rid of this painful determination.
However I wrote a letter to my parents, maybe a little surprised to you. It is so convenient to make a telephone, why do I choose this primitive way? Calling is so quick that causes you don’t know what you will say when you hold your mobile. Writing is a good method which summons the words from your heart. Though before science lesson on Friday, I spent 30 minutes posting it because of queue, I think it is worth.
New phase is a new start. Come on, everyone. Don’t forget our dreams, living with them everyday!

ReplyDelete2. Only after four days, I started to miss our classes, how excited it is to sit in a semicircle to listen to our tutors speaking, how comfortable it is to take a nap against the wall, how warm it is to see you laugh with your hands combing your hair!!!
3. Writing is really a fantastic way to express, I am always prefer writing letters than to send email to my best friend.
