Kungfu Panda(Yap)

It was after midnight that I watched this movie. All of my roommates had drifted off, and thus deep silence was surrounding me. The attracting plot, moving dialogues and fantastic scenes made me lose the sense of time. An excellent movie, indeed. Many words and scenes touched me and made me contemplate involuntarily.

“Nothing is impossible.” “There’re no accidents.” Plain words imply profound philosophy. Just believe everything may happen. And prepare for it. If truth be told, I really believe in destiny. That’s why people are born different. No one can change his destiny. Notwithstanding, we can choose to perform our egos to the best on our way to the destiny. And there are no destined losers. If one’s destiny knocks him down, his destiny must pick him up again, because no one knocks himself down.

Teamwork. I was amazed that I thought of this word. Strange but sensible. It is strange because the whole movie does not have this word or words related. “That is why you trained us.” Tigress said, and then followed the scenes that the Five went to intercept Tai Lung. Thanks to the sacrifice of the five, the teamwork is formed. In this team against Tai Lung, Panda PO acts as “dragon warrior”, the master as “dragon warrior” trainer, and the Five as fighters to delay Tai Lung in order to get enough time for the former two to achieve their destiny. Perfect teamwork not only brings success but also makes every of them learn the true meaning of life.

“There are no secret ingredients.” The only factor that can inspire your full potential is yourself. Everyone is special and irreplaceable. That’s why panda wins finally. He knows that he is “the” big fat panda, not “a” big fat panda.

Finally, I want to talk about the aesthetic scenes of this movie. The first one is when Wugui vanishes. Peach blossom is wafted towards Wugui by the breeze and surrounds him. Then his body begins to disappear from the bottom. He died, but keeps alive with the nature, a part of nature. His spirit motivates the Master to believe in Panda PO and strive for peace. The second one is the last scene. The peach seed that was tossed by the Master spouts two green lovely leaves, which symbolizes that new vigor has been injected into the valley.

A wonderful night with Kungfu Panda!
